Meet Kiba!! Kiba is an 18 month old Labrador/Collie mix. He was found along a busy Texas highway and will be coming to Maryland at the end of the month. He currently weighs around 59lbs but needs to gain some weight. His foster reports that he is very friendly and gets along with female dogs, puppies, cats, and children.
