Meet Apollo! Apollo is about 12 months old, he arrived in rescue completely shut down, terrified of everything and anything. With time he has started coming out of his shell and an active, playful (giant!) puppy is emerging! He still has moments where he can use a boost in the bravery department here and there! He would thrive in a home that will work on continuing to build his confidence and build on good manners. He doesn’t know his size, his foster momma lovingly calls him “Marmaduke”. We feel if his adopter has other dogs he would do best in a home with medium to large friendly dogs who will also help him continue to build confidence. While we don’t think a home with another small dog would be ideal he has been indifferent to the cats in his foster home. He has done well with the older children in his foster home as well. Apollo is currently about 75lbs, however we are still working to put weight on him and build muscle. We would guess he would mature to at least 90lbs. Apollo is neutered, current on vaccines, monthly preventatives and microchipped.
