This cute little peanut is Scrappy. He was a Carolina hurricane rescue and joined BDCR last year. He was in a loving foster home who adored him but the resident dog did not feel the same way and poor Scrappy has been in boarding since December ? He is a DOLL but has been completely overlooked, presumably due to his appearance – he is a plain little black dog with some old scars on his face and legs. Scrappy is blissfully unaware of his less than perfect exterior and is a happy little guy who would love nothing more than to spend the day in your lap.
