3/26 update: Rupert is an all around wonderful dog.  He is recovering nicely and will be neutered as soon as he’s fully healed.  He is dog, cat, and kid friendly and seems to be housebroken.

1/19 update:  It’s a little after 9:00 on Tuesday evening and we just got the call that Rupert is finally out of surgery. As he was stable he was the last procedure of the day. He has pins and screws in his pelvis and an FHO was necessary.  He will be resting comfortably at VOSM tonight.  We will post a more detailed update tomorrow but the good news is he did well and now hopefully his healing can truly begin!
