Meet Roscoe! Roscoe is about 5 years old and 65lbs. He was pulled from a local shelter, he waited 3 long months for a rescue. Roscoe and his brother had a family but their situation changed and they had to rehome them. Sadly we are told his brother, to whom he was pretty bonded was hit and killed by a car. Roscoe got scared and ran away from his new family and hid in the woods for 4 days. In that time his “family” found another dog and sent Roscoe to the shelter. Roscoe is very timid. If scared he will run. He will need a quiet home with a fenced in yard. He looks for constant reassurance but he is quick to run to the person who trusts. We think he will be a very loyal boy to his person.

Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $300, $350 for puppies under 6 months. All dogs are current on age appropriate vaccines, preventatives and microchipped. Adults are spayed or neutered.
