Makena is a senior shepherd girl who found herself in an NC animal shelter. She recently joined the BD&CR family and is as sweet as can be and grateful to have a warm bed just in time for the cold weather. Makena’s teeth are worn and she takes an inexpensive medication for her thyroid, but she is a very spry 10 years and gets along with the other dogs in her foster home. She is housebroken and can be cat tested if needed.
