Cooper is here and he is an absolute love!  He is getting settled into his foster home and so far is very gentle and loves to give kisses.  Cooper gets along well with the dogs in his foster home and would love a home with a canine playmate.  He is interested in cats but just to play, not to eat.  His breed is anyone’s best guess but whatever he is, he sure is adorable!
